Help with importing, processing and exporting your PDFs in PaperPath.
Include your app version, device, iOS version, steps and the error message. Do not send confidential PDFs, passwords or signatures.
Keep important files
The private library is not included in automatic device backups. Export important PDFs to Files before deleting PaperPath or changing devices.
A cloud PDF will not open
Wait for the file provider to finish downloading the PDF, then import it again. Protected PDFs may require their password.
OCR or privacy detection missed something
Inspect the page and recognized text. Automatic detection can miss or misread information; always review your output.
The exported file looks different
Office conversion may change layout. Redacted and flattened copies may remove text, links and form fields. Keep the original and preview the output before sharing.
Payment and downloading
The launch plan is a one-time paid App Store download. Apple manages payments, download history and refund requests. Download again using the Apple Account that purchased the app.
